Originally created by Bruce Yallop in the early 2000s as part of the Studio Ceramics tradition, the Stingray design continues the legacy of Crown Lynn-inspired craftsmanship. Crown Lynn Kiwi now produces this piece using the original moulds, preserving one of the more contemporary additions to the Crown Lynn/Studio Ceramics story.

HISTORY
A Piece of New Zealand Design History
The Stingray forms part of the later Studio Ceramics era, continuing the evolution of Crown Lynn-inspired design after the original factory closed in 1989. Designed by Bruce Yallop, the piece reflects a shift toward more sculptural, expressive ceramic forms intended for modern interiors.
